The Wee Hoose Glamping Pod in Skail is a hidden gem for a unique glamping experience. The remote location offers a peaceful retreat, perfect for a good night's sleep. The pod itself is well-designed and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the property stood out, and the staff, including the friendly dog Cap, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast provided was generous, allowing guests to cook their own delicious meal. a fantastic place to stay, with great attention to detail.
The limited availability of nearby shops and the potential long drive to reach them may require guests to plan and stock up on food and supplies in advance.

We got amazing value for our money at this delightful location. The pod was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed. The peaceful surroundings and view of deer grazing added to the charm. The owner, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and even provided us with BBQ food, bread, and wine for a lovely dinner under the stars. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a wonderful stay at a glamping pod in a beautiful location. Kevin, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The pod itself was well-equipped and comfortable, with everything I needed for a cozy stay. The spacious bed provided one of the best night's sleep I've had, and the shower facilities were great. I also enjoyed cooking breakfast using the fresh, local produce provided. it was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.
The only issue I encountered was the presence of midgies, so it's advisable to bring mosquito repellent or a net.

Spent xmas here and it was just perfect! the hosts were friendly and welcoming and even left us a bottle of wine and Scottish shortbread to celebrate our anniversary. the Glamping Pod was warm and cosy, equipped with everything we needed. the breakfast provided was amazing, fresh and tasty. the fire pit was a highlight and we loved toasting marshmallows. the location was idyllic, with a beautiful river nearby and hills to explore. the solar-powered fairy lights created a magical atmosphere at night. a great place to escape and recharge.
If I had to pick something, it would be the small fridge for multiple nights. Food shops were quite far away, so it's more ideal for a one-night stay.

I had the most amazing stay at Wee Hoose Glamping Pod 2. The location was perfect, nestled in the stunning countryside with abundant wildlife and complete tranquility. The pod itself was thoughtfully designed, providing all the necessary amenities while still feeling spacious. Cooking breakfast on the wee gas stove was a fun experience, and the high-quality ingredients provided made for a delicious meal. The hot shower with high pressure was a pleasant surprise. The extra blanket and electric heater came in handy during the colder nights. Kevin, our host, was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured that every guest had a fantastic time. I had a phenomenal experience and would highly recommend Wee Hoose Glamping Pod 2.
The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, and a double burner stove would have been more convenient for cooking breakfast.

Although the breakfast provided was not the best, it was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the handles for hanging towels were poorly designed.

From the moment we arrived, the host and their adorable dog Cap gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. the pod had all the facilities we needed and the surroundings were stunning. We especially enjoyed having a BBQ at the front of the pod. the hosts' effort to raise money for a local school through the honesty box was a lovely touch. We can't thank them enough for such a wonderful stay. Cons: Cannot find any fault. 😊.
